Training: 4 weeks, Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Work Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 10 AM – 7 PM & Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (No weekends)
Hybrid: 4 days in-office, 1 day work-from-home

Are you an experienced collections professional with a background in auto finance? We are hiring Collections Specialists for a contract role with a leading company in the auto finance industry. This is a great opportunity to apply your skills in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

Responsibilities:
-Make outbound and take inbound calls to collect payments on past-due auto loan accounts.
-Handle auto finance balances, including late payments, lease-end charges, repossessions, and total losses.
-Negotiate payment plans and set up arrangements.
-Use skip tracing techniques to locate customers or collateral when necessary.
-Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations while resolving escalated issues.

Qualifications:
-Experience: 1-2 years in collections or customer service (auto finance collections preferred, credit card or mortgage collections also considered).
-Strong phone communication and negotiation skills.
-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
-Proficiency in navigating multiple computer applications.
-High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
