GENERAL SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced BAS or HVAC engineer that has 5+ years of
experience and can hit the ground running.

SPECIALIZED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
• BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC mechanical systems engineering, and/or HVAC
control systems engineering.
• Experience in common computer programs like Microsoft Office, Visio, etc. are essential
MUST be able to create drawings from scratch

DUTIES AND TASKS:
• Application engineering of systems we sell to match the project plans and specifications or
proposal requirements of our projects.
• Product selection and application.
• Assist the sales teams in proposing solutions to problems that our customers need to be solved
as it relates to HVAC systems and the related building functions.
• Possible assistance in project management of systems in post design stage if that is of interest to
the candidate.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is typically performed on site or at the company office. Travel to customer site in varying weather conditions. Environmental condition in buildings varies.
