We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Electronic Banking Support Specialist. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring seamless online banking services and providing exceptional support to our clients. Your technical expertise, communication skills, and commitment to compliance will help us deliver innovative financial solutions to our customers. Key Responsibilities: • Build strong relationships through effective communication, including email, phone, and in-person interactions with clients and team members. • Maintain and organize authorization forms for online access, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Conduct periodic reviews of system profiles to uphold regulatory and internal standards. • Manage and update access for Online Banking and Treasury Services for corporate, personal, and client users. • Provide top-notch technical support for Online Banking features such as Wires, ACH, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, and other electronic services. • Offer technical assistance for integrating software and hardware like RDC scanners, QuickBooks, and mobile deposit applications. • Assess risk and establish safe transactional limits for online transactions, maintaining a secure environment for our clients. • Keep accurate records and update tracking forms regularly to ensure smooth operations. • Utilize your clerical skills to manage document retrieval, routine correspondence, and report building using Microsoft Office tools. • Ensure compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations, including BSA/AML, Fair Lending, and Privacy standards. Complete mandatory compliance training on time. What We’re Looking For: • A customer-focused mindset and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly. • Familiarity with risk ratings and transactional limits for online services. • A proactive approach to managing regulatory compliance and internal controls. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain detailed records. • Basic clerical and technical abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. • A team player who can also work independently to meet deadlines and project goals.
