We are seeking a skilled and professional **Front Desk Administrative & Intake Specialist** with behavioral health experience to join our fast-paced, high-traffic office. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in behavioral health and strong administrative capabilities who thrive in dynamic, customer-focused environments.
**Schedule:** Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM–3:00 PM (38 hours/week)
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Reception:**
- Manage multi-line phone systems, greet visitors, and provide courteous, professional assistance to patients and stakeholders.
- **Administrative Support:**
- Perform tasks such as scanning, faxing, and document management while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
- **Compliance:**
- Support adherence to organizational and regulatory standards by accurately documenting processes and adhering to established protocols.
- **Patient Intake:**
- Collect and process patient information, ensuring all required forms and data are accurately completed and organized.
- **Scheduling:**
- Coordinate and manage appointments, optimizing schedules to meet patient and staff needs.
- **Office Maintenance:**
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area, including light housekeeping tasks (e.g., disinfecting surfaces, restocking snacks and drinks, and emptying desk trash).
- **Resource Assistance:**
- Provide resources and referrals for individuals seeking additional support services.
**Required Skills & Experience:**
- **Behavioral Health Expertise:**
- Experience in a behavioral health setting (required).
- **Administrative Experience:**
- Proficiency in office administration within a high-traffic environment.
- **Customer Service:**
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism.
**Hiring Process:**
