Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Benefits Administrator. This role is crucial in managing our benefits program, ensuring data accuracy, resolving billing issues, and supporting overall benefits administration.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Manage vendor relationships for benefits enrollment, claims, and life event changes, ensuring HIPAA, ACA, and FMLA compliance.
- Administer FMLA, leave of absence, and disability programs, and support employees with benefits questions.
- Lead open enrollment, prepare materials, and coordinate with vendors
- Reconcile payroll and benefits accounts monthly, including 401K reporting, and maintain employee benefits files.
- Assist with bi-weekly payroll processing
Qualifications Needed:
- 1-2 years of experience in benefits administration
- Knowledge of HIPAA, ACA, and FMLA compliance.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
