Seeking a Benefits Coordinator to join a great client in Maitland, FL!
This is a direct hire position with full benefit package, PTO plan & great work environment!
Location: This is on-site in Maitland, FL Normal business hours
Salary: $44-52k
*You need to have a least 3-5 years of prior experience*
The Benefits Coordinator is responsible for Organizing, mediating and responding to all areas of Employee Benefits and Workers' Compensation. Candidates must have prior benefits, 401k experience, proficient in Excel and prior PEO experience is a plus but not required.
Job Duties:
• Keep clients supplied with insurance packages and 401k packages
• Prepare annual OSHA logs and distribute to client
• Prepare WC certificates
• Participate in WC claims reviews
• Process Insurance Eligibility report 1st of each month
• Notify all employees whom are eligible Administer flex forms when applicable
• Submit applications online to insurance companies: Health, Dental and Life
• Reconcile insurance billing with monthly reports
• Process COBRA Qualifying reports weekly and complete paperwork to notify eligible employees
• Assist employees with any and all insurance problems or questions
• Act as liaison between employees, employers and insurance companies
• Follow up all reported injury procedures to completion
• Assist with annual 401k audit
• Assist in building orientation packets
• Filing annual EEOC report
• Assist in background screenings
