Duties and Responsibilities include:
Receive, process, record and track all incoming bids and alerts
Take ownership of bids outcome tracking systems
Maintain all bids/response portals with up-to-date company information/documents
Organize and arrange meetings/event attendance and bid calendars
Assist with and populate pre-qualification/selection questionnaires/applications as instructed and within deadline
Support with the formatting/quality control activities of bid/bid applications and supporting material
Provide general administrative support in a timely manner
Co-ordinate communication across the bid team for individual bid cycles
Conduct research projects upon request of Bid Manager/Senior Writer
Be responsible for sourcing and providing information and documents from the Bid Library
Any other duties as required
To apply for this role, you will need:
Experience as Bid Administrator or an Administrative role
Knowledge of a commercial Bid/Procurement or business development environment (Underground Construction preferred)
Experience of working previously within similar sectors/organizations
The ability to work both as a team member and on own initiative when required
Experience of using Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication / interpersonal skills
Professional communication (written/verbal) and with an excellent eye for detail
