We are seeking a Bilingual HR Assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of relevant experience in human resources and be fluent in both English and Spanish.

Qualifications:
2+ years of HR experience.
Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities:
Support HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration.
Assist with maintaining employee records and compliance with HR policies.
Translate documents and provide bilingual support for employees.
Coordinate meetings, events, and HR projects as needed.

Pay:
$25-$28/hourly DOE
