Seeking a Bilingual Receptionist with strong computer skills and a solid background in administration and data entry. Experience in a law office or an insurance-related environment would be highly beneficial. In this vital role, you will support a dynamic office where attention to detail and excellent customer service are essential. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a warm and professional greeting. Answer phone calls promptly, managing inquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members. Utilize various software applications to input information from inquiries accurately and efficiently. Perform data entry tasks while maintaining organized records to support operational efficiency. Assist with a range of administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations. Multitask effectively while adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting, collaborating with team members to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications:
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required.
Strong computer skills, with experience using multiple software applications for data entry and information management.
Experience in a law office or insurance-related environment is a plus. Proven experience in an administrative role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt quickly to changes.
