We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication in both languages.
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Translate documents and assist with interpreting during meetings or phone calls as needed.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Assist in the preparation of agendas and materials for meetings.
Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and handle vendor communication.
Provide support for special projects and events.
Perform data entry and ensure accuracy in all administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with [any relevant software, e.g., CRM systems].
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on professionalism and clarity.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
