Are you ready to take the next step in your career with a dynamic role? Join our client's team as a Real Estate/Contracts Administrator, where you will play a key role in preparing, revising, and analyzing Tenant leases and legal documents for both domestic and international sites.

About the Role:
As a Real Estate Administrator II, you’ll be responsible for drafting and revising tenant leases, amendments, and legal documents while assisting with due diligence and legal research. Working closely with the management team, you’ll ensure accuracy, compliance, and seamless communication across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Draft and revise Tenant leases, amendments, and legal documents (e.g., Memorandums) under management’s direction.
Assist the Director of Tenant Leasing with the review of Tenant leases and amendments as assigned.
Prepare due diligence reports related to Tenant leases.
Conduct legal document research and draft lease renewals and variance amendments under supervision.
Collaborate with Account Executives, Real Estate Administrators, Administrative Assistants, and other internal teams to address Tenant leasing issues.
Support additional projects and duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience reading, interpreting, analyzing, and preparing leases, legal documents, and/or contracts with a strong understanding of legal terminology.
Certified Paralegal and/or Legal Assistant certification is a plus.
Notary license is a plus.

Skills:
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
