$18 - $24/hr. DOE
Full-Time | Monday–Friday (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
Pay: $18–$24 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and route incoming calls, take messages as needed
Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation
Assist with scheduling, emails, and other administrative tasks
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and office space
Requirements: Bilingual in English & Spanish (verbal and written) 2+ years of experience in an office or administrative role
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel Excellent communication and multitasking skills Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
