Bilingual Chinese AP/GL Accounting clerk
**Bilingual Chinese is a MUST
Open to candidates with 1-2 years AP and GL experience
Participate in weekly meetings, organize financial-related issues, and submit summaries to the Finance Minister.
Make payments, develop a monthly payment plan based on the current situation with suppliers, submit it to the Finance Minister for review, and proceed with payment. Cheque payments require separate applications, and after payment, register in the ledger and regularly update the Finance Minister.
-Inventory warehousing (including the recording of import costs).
-Entry of accounts payable and other payables.
-Credit card entries.
-Bank reconciliation, account auditing, and closing.
-Contract management, organize and register in the ledger, submit for the Finance Minister's review and archive.
-Monthly and quarterly sales tax reports, submit for the Finance Minister's review, and tax entry.
-Quarterly Canadian tax reports, submit for the Finance Minister's review, and tax entry.
-New customer credit investigation reports, submit for the Finance Minister's review and archive.
-Interface with local accountants to ensure external reporting and cooperate with accountants for annual audit work.
-Bank interface.
-Renewal and record-keeping of various licenses.
-Cooperate with domestic audits to submit relevant materials.
-Scan and upload relevant materials.
-Daily update of the cash journal.
-Monthly inventory stocktaking and monitoring.
-Carry out other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
