Immediate opening for a Bilingual Collector who is fluent in both English and Spanish or Portuguese! As a Collector with this organization, you will be responsible for locating and notify customers of delinquent accounts by mail and telephone. Duties of this Bilingual Collector include receiving payment and posting amount to customer’s account; preparing statements to credit department if customer fails to respond; initiating repossession proceedings or service disconnection; and keeping records of collection and status of accounts. For this position as a Bilingual Collector, you must have previous experience with collections. Hours for this collector are Monday 11-7 and Tuesday-Friday 9-5.
