Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking a dynamic and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team and support our customers in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish
Troubleshoot product or service issues and offer effective solutions
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and following up as needed
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
Assist with other customer service-related tasks as needed

Qualifications:
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (both spoken and written)
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role preferred
Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software (CRM experience is a plus)
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
