Bilingual FRENCH Customer Service Rep. Looking for an early bird who can start as early as 6am~ Will handle customer inquiries, take orders, trouble shooting on orders that include the following: email invoices, create fed ex labels, help keep the department organized, support with various clerical tasks, scan documents, enter orders to the system, help prepare with audits. Department is paperless so must be tech savvy, highly detail oriented and extremely organized. Must be an exceptional team player, the department has very stable tenure and they all work very well in all areas together. NO attendance, tardiness or punctuality issues. Hiring criteria includes background check, drug screen and physical screening.
