We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Bilingual Front Desk Administrator & Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service both in person and over the phone. You will also support administrative tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
-Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
-Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
-Provide bilingual support (English & Spanish) to customers and team members
-Maintain organized records and assist with administrative duties
-Support other departments with clerical tasks as needed
Qualifications:
-Fluent in English and Spanish
-Previous front desk, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
-Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
-Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment with professionalism
