We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bilingual Human Resource Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish and possess a proven track record in HR management, with a focus on recruitment in the construction industry. This role will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and training, while driving initiatives to attract and retain top talent in the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for construction roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
-Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and workforce needs.
-Manage employee relations, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and conflict resolution.
-Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
-Coordinate and deliver training programs to promote professional development and safety compliance.
-Maintain accurate HR records, including payroll, benefits administration, and personnel files.
-Collaborate with management to address workforce planning and performance management needs.
-Foster a positive workplace culture, emphasizing diversity, equity, and inclusion.
-Translate documents and facilitate communication to support Spanish-speaking employees.
