• Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and customer inquiries

• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions

• Process orders, track shipments, and follow up on customer requests

Requirements:

• Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales tracking tools
