Immediate need for a Bilingual Spanish Legal Investigator. Will perform interviews with potential clients regarding asbestos/silicosis cases, workers compensation and general civil litigation cases. Write memoranda based on interviews with potential clients and review and summarize documents, including but not limited to employment, social security, military, business, property, contracts, secretary of state, product, sales, and merchant marine records. Review depositions for coworker, defendant, jobsite, and employer information. Also review depositions for corroboration purposes for use in future interviews. Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, 3-5 years related experience in research, investigations, and interviewing or work in construction trades. Position is hybrid after training, will need to come into the Novato office for training.
