Immediate need for bilingual maintenance coordinator seeking medical , 401k and pto. Bilingual Spanish is required, 3-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance coordination (must have commercial or residential experience), proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and clean DMV record will be keys to success in this growing organization. Will be responsible for answering high-volume calls for six luxury commercial buildings, creating and managing work orders, purchase orders, and coordinate maintenance schedules and handling data entry, filing, and ensuring paperwork is submitted in a timely manner for Real Estate/Property Management company.
