We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Specialist – Billing to join our team. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, the ability to work independently, and a keen eye for accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Generate and process invoices using QuickBooks and other billing software
-Follow up with customers regarding their account status and payments
-Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
-Maintain organized financial records and support billing operations
-Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reports and communication
-Work independently while effectively managing multiple tasks
Qualifications:
-Experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable
-Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
-Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
-Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
-Must be able to work on-site
