Billing/Accounts Receivable Representative

Experience: 3-5 yrs.
Start: 4/15
Pay: $20/hr.
Length: for a duration of 6 – 8 weeks---possibility to go perm
Schedule: M-F
Assignment location: Lake Mary, FL 32746
would work from Lake Mary office for the first 2 weeks and then if you progress as expected could work from home for the remainder of the time.

Must have ability to work independently for the most part.
Must have exp handled AR Reconciliations/Statements and Resolution with clients
Note: (No hard collections)
Able to understand the reason for the dispute and research to see if it makes sense.
Must have ability to build, modify and save basic EXCEL spreadsheets.
• Cutting/Copying/Pasting
• Formatting cells
• Summation Formulas
• Billing and Account Receivable Experience.
• The Accounts Receivable Experience
• Must be able to cross reference from Data Exports (EXCEL spreadsheets) to actual Invoice PDFs to emails to
• Determine if Statements/Reminders have been sent for past due invoices
• To log and determine/assist in follow-up with responses regarding disputed amounts
• Draft Reminder Notices in clear and concise manner to be sent to Customers with past due amounts
Billing Experience
• Experience using automated systems to generate and post invoices to the general ledger
• Experience in or ability to quickly learn how to use Adobe to combine various standalone PDFs into a singular PDF.
• Ability to “proof/review” at detailed level to ensure that amounts/descriptions showing in the billing system or on the actual invoice PDF are accurate
