Join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial accuracy and efficiency of our construction projects!

We are seeking a meticulous and knowledgeable Billing Specialist to manage the critical financial aspects of our construction contracts. This role demands a strong understanding of contract administration, billing procedures, and insurance compliance within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage preliminary job processes and ensure timely prelim work.
Prepare and review preliminary documents, identifying and addressing critical contract points.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of master contracts and their phases.
Utilize Supply Pro and Hyphen Solutions for online billing.
Reconcile internal bids with builder purchase orders.
Manage contract amendments, job extras, and job options.
Coordinate and manage multiple billing schedules efficiently.
Facilitate the setup and management of auto-pay systems.
Identify, dispute, and resolve back charges.
Compile and maintain comprehensive contract files (Lead Sheets).
Assemble and manage contract file contents.
Understand multi-phase projects and quick billing processes.
Coordinate Certificates of Insurance for Workers' Compensation and Auto Insurance.
Demonstrate familiarity with Owner Controlled Insurance Programs (OCIP).
Differentiate between our General Liability Insurance and Builder General Liability Insurance.
Understand the distinctions between multi-family and single-family dwellings.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in contract administration or a similar role within the construction industry.
Strong understanding of construction contracts, billing procedures, and insurance requirements.
Proficiency in Hyphen Solutions and Supply Pro is highly desired.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with online billing systems.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
