Highly skilled and experienced Biotechnology Operations Manager needed to join our dynamic team-experienced in logistics and administration.

As a Biotechnology Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the logistics and supply chain operations within our biotechnology division. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of materials, equipment, and products to support our research and production activities.
Other duties include: executive administration to the executive team and the ability
to juggle several tasks at any given time.

Key Responsibilities:

-Logistics Management: Develop and implement logistics strategies to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of materials. Experienced with courier services.
-Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages and overstock situations, ensuring the availability of critical materials.
-Vendor Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and -vendors to ensure reliable and high-quality supply of materials.
-Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
-Compliance: Ensure all logistics operations comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Team Leadership-Assist in performance reviews, ordering supplies, Supporting the
the executive team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
8+ years of experience in logistics and operations management within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex logistics and supply chain operations.
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
