We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper in Mt. Pleasant. The candidate will manage company's financial transactions ensuring accuracy and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and experience with bookkeeping software.
Job Responsibilities:
-Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
-Reconcile accounts, including bank statements and general ledger.
-Prepare financial reports, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
Process invoices, and expense reimbursements.
-Ensure compliance with financial and legal regulations.
-Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
-Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
-Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
