What You'll Do:
Record daily financial transactions with precision.
Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable efficiently.
Perform accurate account reconciliations.
Prepare comprehensive financial statements.
Assist our CPA with the preparation of income tax returns.
Collaborate with management, vendors, and our external CPA group to resolve financial matters.
Provide administrative support related to payroll, benefits, and other tasks as needed.
Undertake miscellaneous related duties and projects as assigned.
What You'll Bring:
Minimum 3-5 years of general work experience, ideally in bookkeeping or accounting.
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online (essential).
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (formatting, formulas, filters, pivot tables, sorting).
General accounting knowledge.
Proven ability to work effectively within a team.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Ability to recognize when others need assistance & willingness to assist.
