This Bookkeeper/ Administrative Clerk Position Features: •Administrative Clerk • Professional Work Environment • Amazing Healthcare Benefits Available • Paying $17 to $19 Hourly DOE • Getting your foot in the door with a great company • Must perform clerical and administrative duties for one or more key executives in an organization. • Draft correspondence, schedule appointments, organize and maintain paper and electronic files. • Greet visitors and help with their questions and concerns as needed. • Answer multi-line phone in a professional manner, screen calls, give information to callers, take detailed messages and transfer calls to appropriate staff. • Draft documents such as letters, memos and other correspondence. • Mail, fax and make copies of important and confidential documents. • Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, customers or supervisors. • Must be able to multi-task and have great time management skills. • Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Word, Outlook & Excel) and Quickbooks (3yr required). • Operate office equipment, such as fax machines, copier or phone systems and arrange for repairs and maintenance as needed. • Filing documents appropriately in paper or electronic format.
