Banking Branch Manager Needed--Direct Hire

5 Star Independent financial institution seeks a branch manager.

Located in the lovely East Bay-Next to shopping, beautiful neighborhoods
and freeways-The unique institution seeks a branch manager to oversee
their highly visible location.

In this role, you will be responsible for the administration and daily operation of
a full service branch including operations, client service and product sales.

Key areas of responsibility include: Operations, Customer Service and Sales Leadership.

Ideal candidate needs to have:
-Minimum of 7 years in a Branch Environment
-5 years of Branch Management Experience
-3 years management of complex business and consumer accounts
-Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

College Degree Preferred.--Will also consider level of experience.

Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
