Growing Financial Institution Seeks a Branch Ops Specialist

Be a part of a growing team where every day is different.

High profile financial institution seeks a Branch Ops Specialist. Ideal candidate will need to have excellent communication and presentation skills as they demonstrate their knowledge of Banking Operations. Ideal candidate will need to have at least 3-6 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities include
1) Schedules branch staff to ensure appropriate branch coverage
2) Works with staff to ensure a positive customer experience
3) Will keep current with operational standards and procedures, along with reviewing all branch documentation ensuring policies and procedures.are followed.
4)Will work with clients on account resolution questions.
5)Perform Teller duties on occasions-open new accounts and various duties where needed.

Ideal candidate will need to have experience managing a minimum of 2 people. .Will also support branch managers to address performance management situations and assist in performance reviews.

Centrally located next to the Freeway with opportunity for advancement.
Bachelors or AA degree preferred. Strong aptitude for numbers and technology.
