Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data that supports informed business decisions. This role involves designing data models, generating reports and dashboards, and providing insights into business performance, market trends, and customer behavior. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite, data analysis, and business processes is essential. You will also be communicating with vendors and internal teams alike.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze market strategies, trends, and competitive data to provide actionable insights.
Synthesize business intelligence and trends to support decision-making.
Collaborate with departments to define key metrics and optimize decision processes.
Collect and analyze data from reports, public sources, and industry trends.
Design and maintain business intelligence tools, dashboards, and reports.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery to stakeholders.
Create and test systems to ensure alignment with business needs.

Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills for presenting data to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with SAP or other business intelligence software.
