Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in financial analysis and controllership.
Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting standards.
Advanced proficiency in financial software (e.g., ERP systems, Excel).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
