Business Development Manager
Location: Fremont, CA
Type: Direct Hire
Salary: $77,000 - $80,000/year + uncapped commission
Our client, a leader in electronic manufacturing, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and foster strong customer relationships. This role offers an uncapped commission, with top performers earning $110k-$120k annually.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Solicit and develop new sales opportunities with existing and potential customers.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure accurate documentation for orders and changes.
- Establish and maintain competitive price quotes and job bids.
- Provide market feedback and customer insights to management.
- Support customer service, address complaints, and ensure timely resolution.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of outside sales experience in the cable and wire industry.
- Proven success in business development.
- ERP experience (SAP preferred).
- Strong communication, math, and documentation skills.
- Self-starter with knowledge of sales strategies and local market dynamics.
