Law firm in the Winter Park, FL area is seeking a full time Business Litigation Attorney. Business litigation and breach of contract work Possesses 5-10 years of substantial experience in corporate litigation, including demonstrated expertise in independently handling courtroom proceedings and hearings. Demonstrates exceptional skills in legal research and writing, with additional Law Review or Clerkship experience (Federal, Florida state, or appellate) being a valuable asset. Exhibits proficiency in managing litigation-related tasks, such as conducting and defending depositions, presenting motions in federal and state courts, collaborating with expert witnesses, and preparing for trial. Displays outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of functioning both autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment that prioritizes client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all facets of corporate litigation cases, including case preparation, development of trial strategies, and courtroom representation. Draft and review critical legal documents, such as motions, briefs, and other litigation-related filings. Provide strategic advice and effectively handle intricate corporate litigation matters, particularly in the realms of medical malpractice and professional liability cases. Collaborate closely with clients, devising effective case strategies and engaging in high-level litigation activities.
