Salary: $25.63 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst II to join our team and serve as a bridge between IT and manufacturing. The ideal candidate will provide direct support to manufacturing teams, resolving issues related to Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), optimizing production processes, and ensuring seamless integration between technology and business operations. Key Responsibilities:
Act as the intermediary between technology teams and business teams, offering direct support to manufacturing teams for MES-related issues and improving system efficiency on the production floor.
Collaborate with clients and senior IT staff to develop solutions for technical and business challenges.
Develop and execute test plans to validate design requirements, ensuring quality and alignment with business objectives.
Conduct training for customers and internal teams on the correct usage of MES software, ensuring effective adoption across all levels.
Investigate alternatives and leverage existing applications to optimize and enhance manufacturing processes.
Propose system improvements and analyze business processes to define configuration requirements.
Provide Level 2 MES support to local manufacturing teams, troubleshooting issues and delivering effective resolutions.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration with IT experience, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience with MES software and interfaces, as well as experience in providing IT support within a manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge in system configuration and experience as a superuser of MES platforms.
Business Systems Analysis: At least 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, with a strong focus on manufacturing systems and process improvement.
Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken) is required. A resume in English and an interview conducted in English will be part of the process.
Additional Skills:
Experience with process optimization and system improvements in a manufacturing setting.
Strong communication and training skills to effectively work with technical and business teams.
Ability to negotiate and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
