We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Buyer to join our team in Broomfield, CO. The ideal candidate will manage the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of quality materials and services at the best possible value. This role will collaborate with internal teams, negotiate with suppliers, and maintain accurate records to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
-Source and procure materials, equipment, and services according to company policies and specifications.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
-Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure cost-effective and timely procurement.
-Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to prevent shortages or overstocking.
-Evaluate supplier performance and address any quality or delivery issues.
-Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
-Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.
-Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies during the purchasing process.
-Resolve invoice discrepancies and maintain accurate procurement records
