Job Type: Full-time
Shifts Available: 2nd Shifts (2pm-1030pm)
Pay Range: Competitive, based on experience

What You'll Do:
• Operate Advanced Machinery: Set up and operate CNC press brake machines to bend, form, and straighten metal parts with precision.
• Ensure Quality: Use precision measuring tools, such as calipers and protractors, to ensure the accuracy and quality of finished pieces.
• Maintain Equipment: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the press brake machines to keep them in top condition.
• Optimize Performance: Adjust machine settings to control speed, material feed, and path of the cut for optimal results.
• Stay Safe: Follow all safety guidelines and wear necessary protective gear to maintain a safe work environment.
• Report Issues: Promptly report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor to ensure smooth operations.

What We're Looking For:
• Experience: At least one (1) year experience operating press brake machines in a manufacturing environment. Bilingual is a plus!
• Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for quality and precision in all tasks.
• Team Player: Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and handle the physical tasks associated with operating machinery.
