CNC Technician
Location: Fremont, CA
Pay: Up to $35.00/hr
Schedule: Temp-to-Hire
Join our team as a CNC Technician and play a vital role in our production operations, manufacturing parts and fixtures that drive our success.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Interpret drawings to identify critical features of parts and fixtures.
- Edit programs, set up, and operate CNC and milling machines.
- Verify tolerances using Microvu and other tools.
- Assist with tooling, calibration, and preventive maintenance processes.
- Troubleshoot production issues and suggest improvements.
- Operate CNC machines and laser cutting equipment.
- Maintain controlled environments for CNC machinery.
### **Qualifications:**
- 2+ years of CNC experience or relevant certification in Machine Tool Technology or CNC Machining.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proficiency in CADCAM software (Surfcam preferred).
- Knowledge of geometric dimensioning, tolerancing, and production processes.
- Ability to read blueprints, assembly drawings, and BOMs.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
