Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare detailed cost estimates for residential and commercial construction projects.
-Analyze project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure profitability and cost efficiency.
-Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to gather cost-related data.
-Maintain and update cost databases and accounting records.
-Perform variance analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities.
-Assist with job costing, financial planning, and reporting.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in cost estimation, cost accounting, or a similar role in the construction industry.
-Strong knowledge of accounting principles and construction project management.
-Proficiency in construction management software and accounting tools.
-Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
