TITLE: CRISIS RESPONSE MANAGER
ABOUT THE JOB: Seeking experienced crisis response candidates. You will be responsible for the oversight, scheduling, and coordination of the activities and services provided by the advocate/crisis team. Maintain support for operational responsibilities including hotline calls, crisis assessments, intake services, restraining order services, coordination and oversight of advocates stationed at local Law Enforcement offices throughout Fresno County and other community agencies. Provide supportive client interaction, and identification of immediate needs. Maintain contract compliance on project operations and provide oversite of all staff providing crisis response.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Criminology, Health and Human Services, Sociology, or related field required.
• Two years’ management experience required.
• Five years’ experience in the field of criminal justice, victim’s services, or other
related fields required.
• Experience in Crisis Management within a social service setting.
• Experience in working with “at risk” populations, and crime victims.
• Bilingual in Spanish, preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and able to pick up new software programs.
• Ability to multi-task within a high-volume and often tense environment
• Professional communication skills and ability to speak effectively before groups or
organizations.
