We are seeking a skilled Hand Soldering Operator to join our team on a temp-to-hire basis. This position requires precision soldering of cables to PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards) under a microscope. The ideal candidate will have strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to follow strict quality standards.
Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Day: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• Swing: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
• Solder cables to PCBAs with precision under a microscope
• Prepare and assemble printed circuit boards per specifications
• Perform staking, potting, coating, and automated solder/dispensing tasks
• Select appropriate tools and materials for each task
• Maintain adherence to ISO9001, AS9100, and related quality standards
Qualifications:
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
• Experience using tweezers and handling small, delicate components
• Ability to read and interpret PCB drawings and assembly instructions
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in quality work
• Experience with conformal coating and encapsulation is a plus
