A well-established company in the consumer goods industry is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team. This role involves high-volume inbound and outbound calls, order processing, and customer support via phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Process orders and data entry accurately.
Provide sales and clerical support to the team.
Manage front desk operations and assist visitors.
Utilize Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word) and multiple systems.
Qualifications:
Call center or customer support experience required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi task.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
