Responsibilities:
• Create and schedule call lists for the day using excel reports.
• Utilize an automatic dialing system to make outbound calls (150+ per day)
• Assist clients in fulfilling requirements necessary for activating coverage.
• Troubleshoot and resolve policy delivery and activation issues.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, the company, and the team to ensure successful policy acceptance and address any concerns.
• Conduct audits on carrier websites to ensure accurate and complete files.
• Provide exceptional customer service, offering empathy, guidance, education, and managing expectations!
• Follow up on CSR reports through phone calls and email correspondence with carriers and clients.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
• Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
• Previous experience in inbound/outbound call center and customer service roles requiring persuasion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the insurance industry
• 3 years of customer service experience in an office setting
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Reliable, adaptable, and compassionate individual
