Job Title: BDC Manager - Customer Service and Sales

Job Overview:
The BDC Manager is responsible for planning, managing, directing, and coordinating all activities within the Business Development Center (BDC) of the automotive dealership. This role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring strategies to meet volume objectives for appointments related to sales and service, in alignment with the dealership’s goals. The BDC Manager will drive traffic to the sales and service departments by generating leads, following up with customers, and optimizing conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Set Goals: Establish and track daily, weekly, and monthly targets for BDC team performance.
Lead Management: Oversee lead generation, follow-up, and appointment scheduling for sales and service.
Team Supervision: Lead and motivate the BDC team to meet sales and service objectives.
Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with marketing to drive lead generation campaigns.
CRM Management: Ensure proper use of CRM for tracking leads and appointments.
Training: Train the BDC team in lead handling and customer service best practices.
Customer Service: Ensure high-quality service, resolving inquiries and issues promptly.
Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs and provide feedback for performance improvement.
Collaboration: Coordinate with Sales and Service to optimize appointment scheduling.
Recruitment: Support recruitment and onboarding of new BDC representatives.
Reporting: Prepare performance reports for senior management.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a BDC or call center environment, ideally within the automotive industry.
Proven experience in managing a team and meeting sales and service goals.
Proficient in CRM software, MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), and other relevant tools.
Fluent in both Spanish and English (written, conversational, and comprehension).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Availability to travel to different dealership locations as required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
