Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Overview:

A growing personal injury firm in Beverly Hills is seeking an experienced, bilingual (Spanish/English) Case Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with 3+ years of case management experience in personal injury law, capable of handling pre-litigation cases independently. You’ll manage up to 120+ pre-litigation cases, work closely with clients, and support the legal team in a fast-paced, client-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage personal injury case files autonomously from pre-litigation to settlement
Provide exceptional customer/client care and maintain professional relationships, going above and beyond to meet client needs
Handle all aspects of client communication, from initial contact to ongoing updates
Request, track, and organize medical records and appointments
Oversee clients’ medical care and coordinate with healthcare providers
Manage case files, including opening/closing files and calendaring key events
Resolve property damage (PD) and loss-of-use claims
Prepare case files for demand writers and liaise with Medi-Cal/Medicare for lien resolution
Requirements:

Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law, specifically in case management
Proficiency in managing up to 120+ pre-litigation personal injury cases with minimal supervision
Strong knowledge of injury claims and basic medical terminology
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
