Cash Management Treasury Banker will be responsible for assisting clients with a variety of requests and inquiries, both over the phone and in a virtual environment, including change of address, copies of statements and billings, payoff demands, loan advances, stop payments, billing requests, opening new accounts, and other requests that will be defined over time. Along with the Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all clients and other employees seeking assistance through professional, friendly, accurate and efficient service at all times, and that cross-selling techniques are applied to every client interaction.
• This position will assist clients with establishing various cash management products and services and assist with a variety of needs related to online banking, remote deposit capture, and other services.
• This position will also support branch personnel with questions regarding Horizon, opening new accounts and loans, procedures, processes, balancing and other topics that will be defined over time.
• Assists clients and Bank personnel with professional, friendly, accurate and efficient service, and will look for ways to cross sell other Bank products and services when applicable. This position will assist the Cash Management/Treasury Team Lead, the Support Center and the Support Center Manager with a variety of other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
• In addition, this position performs all duties accurately, timely and efficiently, and according to Bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

Education/Certification: High school graduate or equivalent.

Required Knowledge:
• General knowledge or understanding of lending process, terminology, regulations and standard banking practices.
• Knowledge of Teller, New Account and Operations procedures.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and standard banking practices.

Experience Required: Two or more years in customer service, experience in banking and/or other financial institution preferred.

• Ability to use Microsoft Office software package.
