Job Title: Certification Coordinator
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support operations and communications for new unsecured lending business processes. This position will be integral in coordinating the certification of disclosures for a newly implemented policy requiring certification every 18 months.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the pipeline of disclosures for certification
• Coordinate and track which disclosures need to be certified
• Respond to emails and resolve potential issues in a timely manner
• Send disclosure requests to appropriate team members
• Follow up on action items and outstanding issues
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of information in the disclosure process
Desired Experience:
• Strong pipeline management and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Prior operations, coordinator, or administrative experience with a keen attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with CRM tools and systems
