We are seeking Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to provides a range of accounting services, including preparing financial statements, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations. Duties involve advising clients or businesses on financial planning, tax strategies, and risk management, as well as overseeing internal controls and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and in-depth knowledge of accounting principles and laws are essential for success in this role, as they will play a critical role in maintaining financial integrity and supporting strategic financial decisions.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
- Report to management regarding the finances of the organization.
- Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts.
- Develop, implement, modify, and document record keeping and accounting systems.
- Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting, and tax requirements.
- Maintain or examine the financial records of government agencies or private entities.
- Advise clients on compensation, employee benefits, accounting systems, or long-term financial planning.
- Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports comparing budgeted costs to actual costs.
- Provide internal and external auditing services for businesses or individuals.
- Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, and financial obligations to project future financial performance and provide strategic advice.
Skills / Requirements / Qualifications
- **Economics and Accounting:** Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, financial markets, and financial reporting.
- **Law and Government:** Understanding of laws, legal codes, court procedures, government regulations, and compliance standards.
- **Mathematics:** Strong proficiency in arithmetic, algebra, geometry, statistics, and financial calculations.
- **Complex Problem Solving:** Ability to identify financial issues, analyze relevant data, and develop effective solutions.
- **Attention to Detail:** Ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial documentation and reporting.
- **Communication Skills:** Ability to explain financial concepts to clients, management, and stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
This role requires a CPA certification, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining financial integrity within an organization.
