You will be responsible for supervising agency-wide operations, development and management of policies and procedures and management of contracts and grants. Duties include providing strategic direction and supervision for all reporting departments, developing and managing department budgets, implementing proactive plans for review and improvement of processes, contributing to strategic planning and growth for the organization, and reviewing and advising on compliance related issues impacting the agency.
