Are you an experienced Claims Paralegal looking for a dynamic role in insurance litigation? We’re seeking a detail-oriented professional to support attorneys in managing insurance claims, litigation, and settlement negotiations.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze insurance claims, policy coverage, and liability issues
Draft pleadings, demand letters, settlement agreements, and discovery responses
Organize and maintain case files, including medical records and police reports
Conduct legal research on insurance policies, statutes, and case law
Prepare case summaries, deposition reports, and trial exhibits
Coordinate with adjusters, claimants, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel
File and track court documents, motions, and pleadings
Assist in trial preparation, including subpoenas and witness lists
Qualifications:
1-2 years of claims paralegal experience (Personal Injury preferred)
Ability to manage 60+ cases efficiently
Proficiency in LexisNexis, MS Office, and time-keeping software
NC/SC licensure preferred
